WestCAT
WestCAT is a service of the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority, which provides local, express, and regional transit service to the cities of Pinole and Hercules and the unincorporated communities of Montalvin Manor, Tara Hills, Bayview, Rodeo, Crockett, and Port Costa.
WestCAT also operates express transbay Lynx service from Hercules to the San Francisco Salesforce Transit Center, curb-to-curb Dial-A-Ride service, ADA Paratransit service, and special transportation outside the WestCAT service area for seniors and people with disabilities traveling into the Richmond and San Pablo areas.

All WestCAT vehicles are wheelchair lift equipped and WestCAT service is in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. If a disability prevents you from using the fixed route system, please call (510) 724-7993 for an ADA application.

From inside the Paratransit Agency menu, you can say any of the following agencies. If you want to use the touch-tone options, press the number "18" for Westcat Dial-a-Ride Paratransit.
